Need a Spot
85 ext. cab 3" lift springs 31" tires drove fine.put 3" longer shackles front+rear,35" used tires and now steering wheel moves back and forth at about 35-40mph(not a vibration).I screwed up and didn't drive it after shackles,before tires. just looking for some input before i change all four tires back.also does anyone know any driveshaft close to length needed to get rid of carrier bearing.thanks

Likely tire, used tires can be worn unevenly. Check them for balance and roundness and try swapping front<->back and see if anything changes.

Also could be excessive caster angle, you typically add 1 degree per inch of added shackle length:
