How often do you change the oil in the transfer case, rear LSD, front diff and auto trans?

auto trans, 100k miles
gear oils, maybe twice as often, but 100k miles won't hurt either, it really depends on how much dirty muddy water crossings driving you do with it

I do my trans once a year, usually diffs every year. Or if I get water in anything, I change it right away. My trans broke around 210k miles though, nice clean good fluid, not a dirty spot on the filter.

I change all the fluids once a year, coolant, diff and gearbox oil, transfer, brake fluid, steering, it's cheap insurance. I make 20.000 - 25.000 miles a year...
Montero 98, 5sp manual, Leaf Sprung, SWB, 3.0 V6 engine 12valve, 32" Kumho MT, custom bull bar, custom snorkel, 3 inch lift, KC highlight, 4.625 gears, 1.925 Low, part time 4WD non super select or active trac.
