4x4Wire Staff:

Due to some recent changes (I have recently simplified my life), I am assuming Managing Editor position of the 4x4wire website. (I can't leave well enough alone!!!)

The 4x4wire website is dedicated to recreation and has many dedicated contributors. I am moving forward to see that the dedication is recognized and am going to direct the web site to new goals in pursuit of being the premiere source of information for 4x4 recreation.

As such, step number one is to provide missing leadership and direction for the web site. That issue is now resolved. I will be taking an active roll in promoting the site, encouraging contributions, recognizing contributions, and making the site financially solvent.

Second, there are some software updates that will be moving forward. I have discussed some of the pending changes with Joe and additional information will be forwarded within the next week.

Third, there are a number of people wanting stickers. Within the week, I will have information (cost and availability) about two types of stickers:

1 - die-cut window stickers stating www.4x4wire.com
2 - bumper stickers stating www.4x4wire.com

All contributing staff and moderators will be entitled to one free die-cut sticker. It is up to you to provide me with mailing information.

Comments and ideas about what 4x4wire can offer the recreation community are encouraged. I want to move 4x4wire into a "community" environment that is a source of information for the 4x4 recreation community.

As such, I envision that 4x4wire will offer a mix of public and private forums, club/association web sites, and continue with being a source of information about new products and destinations for the 'wheeling public .

The comment and discussion lines are now open......
