Yeah that's it. Surely it has nothing to do with being just plain lazy.

But not to hold you back from your musings as I have made a somewhat similar request....

FWIW and despite the fact that both Dan and Amanda wheel better than you were doing.... I'd sure like to wheel with you again soon but not have to drive 800 miles to do it, neighbor.

Dan and Amanda surely deserve better praise than THAT!

After extracting myself from each lapse, I'm just amazed at how far from the line I intended... I actually was. I still maintain that I was picking good lines, but I **CERTAINLY** wasn't driving them!

Michael, I look forward to making some Rubicon runs with you this summer. I may have to get some training wheels, though!

I never hear about that tipsy episode. You must be more used to wheeling something wider.

I though Dave was getting towed in the one pic, not uncommon but actually it was the winch cable assisting Randii.

Call it a hunch, but I don't think advertising the top opening as an emergency exit will catch on with car companies.

Wow... just Wow.

Didnt realize that you flopped it on BOTH sides!!!!

Jeez, you just learn how to drive your rig or somethin?

Pretty funny that Dave was involved in the recovery on two separate flop/rolls. Was he also there to pick you back up in the tub on HR?

Thanks for the

I think this may be stating the obvious but my suggestion for the next modification to UZI should be a slam. Remind me Randii not to lean up against it.

*edit* Damn, it is tough to be a good sport, sometimes!

...I was *NOT* driving well, and Uzi deserves better. The fun will be dusting off the driving skills this summer.

The fenders and doors are easy replacements, and I may just repair the doors (light rash), but what I really hate is the driver's side rear quarter damage, which will be a bugger to repair. No glass damage anywhere, except for scratches to the topside exit hatch!

Once I get the body touched up (will take a bit, I plan to 'wheel in the meantime -- hope that isn't five steps forward, six steps back!), I think I'll be changing colors -- kinda bored with black -- maybe yellow over black or camo... dunno. The soft top means there needs to be SOME black.

* winter camo with yellow or blaze highlights
Any thoughts on paintjobs (I'm braced for the suggestions).

I was kinda thinking flat OD green with a big white star on the doors & hood might look, good. That is, if MichaelW doesn't beat you to it...

Flat? Dunno if that would cover the tinfoil well enough!

It might be kind of entertaining to come up with a Japanese warpaint scheme... the challenge is coming up with one that's not so obviously top, bottom, or sideways.

Really bad photochop from the mid-90s: http://tinyurl.com/2zfn9v
I'd like a smaller pattern and a color accent, but that doesn't make me wanna hurl too badly.
