As long as the doors still open and close, don't spend more than $50 fixing body damage on an off-roader... especially a trail-only vehicle. Pop out the dents from the inside with a 2x4 and hit it with some rattle can. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />

Says the guy who's buying a spray gun. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/pfft.gif" alt="" />

pwned!

I'm tired of my dents being different colors. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> You've seen my standard approach first-hand. I guess the city is finally sissifying me. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />

Doesn't allow you to do texturing. You need the stucco look. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/evil.gif" alt="" />

I've had pretty good luck starting with a smooth finish, and then letting rocks do the texturing for me <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />

I have 3-4 trips up to Rubicon with the Amigo so far... no huge failures, but I am still shaking out smaller bugs (most can be repaired trailside) and eliminating leaks.

I finally broke down and upgraded to Longfields shortly after I resealed the front end. The peace of mind is phenomenal, but the abcess in my wallet has yet to heal.

A link with a few pictures: http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=608100
I'm happy to see the Amigo in the lead of a bunch of Jeeps, but if you scroll all the way down, you'll also see an oddly familiar front-end drain plug repair.
