Why locked? Did he say that wheelin' was on public or protected land? Maybe it was private property? I don't know, just asking. BTW, here's a few more Toyota's wheelin', I took this vid last weekend. Heck, I'll post two - the other of a Zuki. vid onevid two

Oh yeah I forgot. The land they wheel on is leased to them and is going to become subdivision.
