????? with the engine at idle would the fan blade move faster with the clutch or with out a clutch ?

If your check engine light is on at least you know the light still works

If the engine is hot and the clutch engaged, it'd spin exactly the same speed as a clutchless fan I guess. When the engine cools and the clutch disengages, slower obviously. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
