All - I found a source for heavy duty t-bars that will fit a 2004 Rodeo. It is Iron Man Suspension in Australia. The part number id HOLD010. They are listed as being for the Holden Rodeo RA which is a Isuzu pick-up truck in Australia. They also have t-bars for several other models. I just put a set on my Rodeo and it fits perfect. It is 47 spline and 1144mm in length. It is also 30mm diameter althought the website says 27mm (I emailed to confirm). The ride is much improved (they claim 15% stiffer) and as for cost, it didn't cost much more including shipping then to buy a pair of sway-a-ways by mail (remember to convert AUS dollar to US dollar which is in our favor these days.) As far as the time it took to get them...I ordered on a Tuesday and received them on Friday of the same week. - Jim

These TBs will fit my Axiom, too.
Jim, how did you order the bars ? There is no online order on the site, only a link to a weird site in Quebec. How did you handle the ordering process ?

I emailed Kristian (kristian@ironmansuspension.com) and made the arrangements directly. Payment was done by credit card.

Ashby, I have no idea. I sent couple emails to them, on two different addresses, and they have not replied yet. Not very enthusiastic sales team.

USD including shipping worked out to about $320. However, I noticed the rates have changed and that may not be true anymore.
It took awhile to set this up and only Kristian seemed able to help. I originally emailed Sales and never received a response. That is when I emailed tech support and ended up getting help from Kristian. Don't forget that they are many hours different.

I received an email from Kristian with the instructions (so, the communication channel works fine). The value of the whole deal is AUD$445.15. I do not know exactly how much this is in USA money. I suppose that this is about the same amount as Jim mentioned.

I just Googled a currency calculator to find the price.

I received the bars today, and I immediately installed them. They are heavier than the OEM bars. The ride improvement is very noticeable.
