you have to have your pictures downloaded to the internet on a website i use http://photobucket.com when you have them downloaded click on the url link and go into edit next to file and copy it then go to were you are going post it click on edit then click on paste once you have the url link on the post type [img] before it and [/img] after so here is a sample of what it would look like
