I know this should be in the general discussion section, but I thought many of the early Toyota 4x4 crowd would be interested in this television mini-series about Trucking in the arctic. The History Channel will premier the show on June 17. Videos at the link below. History Channel

Heck yeah,
Looks like it might be something like "Deadliest Catch", which is the best show on TV IMO!
Already set up Tivo last week for this one!

Blah blah blah i used to live in the northwest territories and i know for a fact its not that extreme, c'mon. It seems to me from the previews theyre really milking this "ice road truckers" thing. But all n all its nice to see a tv show being shot up there other than "north of 60".

It's been on before. Pretty ho-hum compared to 'Deadliest Catch'. The logistics are interesting; kind of like the old cat trains north to the Beaufort Sea with freight hauls before the TAPS got built.
Nope, no 4wheel stuff.
