Well I have a 00 Tacoma and the guy that had it before me put 04 Tacoma wheels on it and he told me that the center peices for the front would not fit because the 04 models didn't have lockout hubs.

I've seen some early Tacos with manual hubs. I'd guess the stopped in 96 or 97 tho.

They had to put lockout hubs on at least until 2000 because my 00 has factory lockouts on it.

2000 was the last year for adding the option of locking hubs on a Tacoma. After that, all setups were ADD.
