Good eye mqm, I think you're right. It looks like the hose is on top of the plug.

The vaccum hoses are crossed up. The vaccum hose to the left of that nipple should be on the one you are pointing too. it wont matter thats just a 3 way manifold
toyotas look good with body damage

On my 89, that 3rd nipple is connected to a vacume line that comes from the fender, just about where you have your horns mounted. I believe it is part of the ADD system.

same deal as above, i bougt a new engine to replace mine and the new one was 2wd and mine 4wd. the two wheel drive one and one plugged and mine had one going to the vsv for the add (vacum switching valves for the automatic differential disconnect)
