so i had help from a another memeber found the part i needed for my raider and the valve reed pipe i got don't twist like the one that has the hole

what can i do? if u need a pic let me know

We've tried and tried to correct Blackmages grammar and spelling, to no avail. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/mrt.gif" alt="" />

He has an 87/88 Montero 4-cyl, I believe. It is possible that he received an air pipe for an earlier model 2.6L. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />

But hey, he has a Montero at least! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/pfft.gif" alt="" />

my computer lags and gives me spaces or makes me miss spell a word i don't care its the internet just need help

it is an 87 raider the pipe i got is straight and the one in the truck is twisty like a straw i could post pics

I made my own, now fhuzz has the indestructapipe. I used a torch and a coffee can filled with sand as my "mandrel".

Take a quarter and put it in the exhaust manifold hole, then tighten down the nut that was on the end of you holey pipe. Problem solved.

Use a Canadian quarter it will take the abuse better. I was seriously thinking about selling quarters as SAS plugs for 2 bucks plus shipping <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

can't do that ihave no tag's only way to get them in colorado is a e test which cars are required every 2 years and i've had this car for a year and never had real plates just temp's so its just say with a new transmission and new exhaust manifold

here are the pics of the vavle reed in it and the new one is the one im holding i got it from mitsipart.net
