6 hours!!! Me and my friend Jay were taking our time and talking to people who came into the shop and asked what we were doing. The drain holes are one up top for rain, and one in your air box.

Looks great! I just wish that drill wasn't hiding your facial expression at the point of no return.

I just undid the bolts holding the headlight washer tank instead. It moved out of the way pretty good. The first inital hole was the hardest to do. I was a lil nervous about it

Wrapped sand paper around the screw driver and sanded the edges down smooth, then spray painted it inside and out

Did you have problems pushing the tube into the adapter? It wouldnt fit right cause of the curve in the adapter, so it started splitting from here and I cut it a lil further so it would fit snug, then used the ring it came with to tighten it up. Worked great just a lil tricky.

Finished results I like the design, hugs the fender very nicely. Everything worked out great with some minor adjustments. If anyone else does it, make sure to put silicon around the holes in the pillar and the rest of the holes if you feel like it as I did too.

I'm surprised you didn't get that snorkle color matched, Angelo.

You think that would make me look cool??!! j/k, nooooooo, i'm not going to color match it It matches the black tinted windows tho.

Thanks for the comments Reuben, I've had my truck for almost 8 yrs, so its about time I got around to doing these mods. I havent gotten a chance to get on it yet, still breaking in the new gears. But compared where the old intake was getting its air, a HUGE difference! Will I be seeing you at Uwharrie anytime soon?

Angelo

He did color match it to his rock crawler wheels and tint.. he sprayed a coat of flat black on it before putting it on so it would match better...like everything else on his truck that is color matched

(You know you have one of the nicest trucks on here...so picking is a must )

I'm really bummed right now. I had a plan to get my locker in and may be some 33's for October. I was thinking of bringing my kids too. Everything was set, but now I have to work away and I'll be missing out May be there'll be a December trip like last year.

Hmm, I bet those snorkels would imporve gas mileage too then
