Wow what a pain. I have just replaced the head gasket on my brothers engine for his rodeo we are building. It was on an engine stand and was still a pain in the butt. Those head bolts were stuck in the block very well. I think I would recommend to remove the engine to anyone doing it though. Left in the truck would have been a bear. Just thought I would let people know what I was up to.
