Body Damage is Cool
if the engine is seized it needs to be pulled out and replaced with a new engine...or rebuilt if its not too screwed up.

Yep. Pretty much. Go find you another 3.0 to slap in there.

Or an 6.0 what ever happened to that truck?

If the engine is siezed, most likely its done, and cant be repaired short of a rebuild. 6G72 is a very common engine. Found in Quite a few dodge and Crysler Minivans, lebarons etc. You could probably find a good bottom end out of one of those..Make sure you keep the Montero engine around to swap all the needed parts over. Also the dipstick is on the wrong side in the Crysler applications so to ease the swap you might want to get it out of another Montero or Mighty max truck..this engine was also in the Mitsu Diamante among others..do some research and look around.

Seized as in running and just quit, or seized as in sat for a long time and won't turn over now even with a fresh battery, just goes clunk?

It is marginally possible to free up the second kind, but it takes patience and is iffy.

Conclusion: Pull and rebuild or buy used or buy reman. I only recommend #1...
