Getting the Wheeling Fever
I have a 2001 tacoma with the 2.7. For a while now it has had the same problem. When I came to a stop it idles up and down and then when i come to a complete stop it just idles really high. It always idles high, but it only goes up and down when I am driving. It almost sounds like the old ones did when they were low on coolant but the coolant is full and i just burped the system. I think it might be my tps. but im not sure. Any help would be great. Thanks alot

Yeah, check the TPS or take a look at the throttle body/ butterfly valve, it may be dirty.
