 99 cherokee air conditioner? need help please

ok today my inside air just quit workin. on the knod 4 is the only one that worked when i got it...ac will kick on but it wont blow air at all. and it started rainin today and passenger side under dash was leaking water. i thought it might be heater core but it didnt smell like anti freeze. so i jus think that is an outside to inside leak..anyways any help would be appriciated

sounds like your blower motor resistor was burnt when you got the jeep. could have been from water leaking into your airbox from the fressh air intake or another source. it sound like the water might have now gotten to your blower motor as well. pull your blower motor and resistor and see if there is any signs of water on them. check for blown fuse. make sure your a/c box drain is not plugged. water test the cowl and other areas on that side to see where water might be getting in. hopes some of this helps
