I'm thinking of adding a new Jeep to my collection of vehicles. What do you think of the new warranty program? Does off-road void this?

I agree with BJ , buy the 07 JK Wrangler Jeep or other chrysler products! I suspect that this is an act of desperation to sell cars and trucks. If you're an avid four-wheeler, this warranty is God-sent as long as you follow the warranty rules. Take advantage of it, now. I suspect it will not be offered on their vehicles in a year or two if this selling gimmick works out to their advantage!

Yeah man, bout time someone stepped to the plate. I saw the commercial last night for the first time. The way I drive, I can shoot out a 36K mile warranty in less than 2 years. I would be careful tho, I wouldnt take my vehicle in for repairs coated in mud and you can forget the rock damaged drive train. They are counting on ya selling it off before anything major happens. I knew the manufacturers could make a vehicle last but they didnt because you wouldnt buy new ones as often. With recent experience with GM vehicles, it didnt suprise me to see a 100K warranty because they knew thier stuff will last that long. My 03 has 99K on it with no problems yet, my last one had 186K on it when I got rid of it and my buddy put another 40K on it before he had any trouble. Probly wouldnt have then except he blew the radiator out and overheated it. The unlimited mile warranty, for whatever reason is custom made for me!!

77 fiberglass CJ-7 304, Ground up Resto-mod Edelbrock Air Gap, Holley 1850, Headers and Flowmasters, Black Diamond suspension, BFG 33X9.50 on Outlaw I's. Hopefully on the road this year!

It applies only to the vehicle if you're the original owner.
I wouldn't be suprised if offroading would void it. Watch out for the fine font!
