I put an 84 Motor in my 86 pick-up and i was woundering if some one can give me a Wireing diagrahm for both?

There's an FSM for an 1985 sticky'd at the top of this section. FOLLOW THE DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS; it's all stuffed onto a 1025 page document.

Do you recall if the donor 84 still had an external voltage regulator? That's the BIG diff between the 1st and 2nd gen trucks, so depending on the actual manufacturing date of the '84, you could go either way with the ignition system.

ALSO, 22R carb and 22RE EFI ignitors/coils ARE NOT THE SAME CRITTER. Check yer schtuff.

I'll check my 83 FSM later on as well; not handy at the moment.
