Just freed up stuck bell crank and readjusted shoes. Shoes have plenty of material left and don't appear glazed. Hadle for brake pulls out about 8-12 clicks. Truck stops better now when driving. Back up slowly, and steadily pull the ebrake handle. Reset, and repeat a few times. If you don't use the e-brake very often (ie have a flat driveway), you need to do this periodically.
