In the two years I lived in Venezuela I never saw a single set of Simex tires. BFGs outnumbered everything by a wide margin, as did 70 Series Land Cruisers.

Some cool looking 70 Series in the vid, but those SWB rigs look like a handful at speed! BTW, saw an absolutely mint RHD 70 Series half a mile from my house last week. Too bad he was heading the opposite direction <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

Swampers were pretty hard to get, I did not see very many but occassionaly someone would have some. There is a story on a trip to Angel Falls in the new issue of Off Road Adventures (the free magazine from 4Wheel Parts).
