I live in Fort Worth Texas and recently began getting back into off roading. does anyone know any good trails that are not covered in trash around the area


I would rather be tried by 12 than carried by 6

most of the trails i have found in this area have been used for dumping building materials because people just dont give a crap. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" />

We also live in the center of a HUGE metroplex. Kind of hard to find wilderness in a place where a dozen cities pretty much merged together.

One area that is in DFW is the 360 trails, just off of SH 360 and Trinity Blvd. Not the greatest place to wheel, especailly on Sunday, when a lot of jack <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/butwiggle.gif" alt="" />es go out there and trash the place. But there are some pretty cool climbs there, and I like going and chilling by the river.

One decent place fairly close is Mineral Wells. And there is Barnwell Mt., but that is about 2-3 hour drive from DFW.
