First off, please don't double post. That is, don't post the same question in both Jeep forums. There are two problems when you do this. First, just about everybody here reads both forums, and you're making them all read the same question twice. Second, if you get responses on both forums, then the search software won't give all the responses in the same thread for somebody who searches for that problem in the future.
That being said...
No, you can't flip over the axle. If you flipped it by rolling it over 180 degrees, that would end up with the pinion pointing forward, instead of back toward the transfer case. If you flipped it end for end, the differential would be on the wrong side of the center of the axle.
You can convert the suspension to a spring over axle (SOA), but it takes time, and money, and a certain amount of mechanical skill in order to do it right. Welding ability will also be required. That will gain you about 5 to 5-1/2 inches of lift with the OEM springs.
And NEVER, NEVER use lift blocks in a front suspension. That is extremely dangerous! So much so that many states (mine being one) have made such a practice illegal. Even if it's not illegal in your state, you can absolutely bet that if you ever get in an accident, you will be personally sued up the wazoo by anybody you hit.
