Getting the Wheeling Fever
so what do I need to fix it. load ticking from rod hitting oil pan. what parts would I need to fix that??

First of all, a rod only hits the oil pan once. You don't "fix" a rod. You replace or rebuild the engine.

Secondly, just replace the timing tensioner and that sound will most likely will go away. The tensioner on the 3.2 is famous for loosing its ability to tension and sound just like a knocking rod.

ya. Im gonna just pull the oil pan to see if it that because its been doing this for a good while now and Im gonna go with it not being the rod but going to make sure just incase. and, this is a perfect excuse while my truck is up on jackstands to get the lift on there. lol <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />
