Looks like a good hitch -- probably stronger than OEM Toyota model, which has the side plates bolted to the cross tube instead of welded.
I believe you may be able to get the same Curt hitch for a few less $ on Ebay, depending on where you live (shipping cost...)
Good Luck.

I have Curt on my 98 Cherokee. It's heavy and stout as can be. FYI mine didn't come with mounting hardware but I bought it "open box" item for $50.

Under 2 bills delivered for a class III is great.
If you don't mind post up some before and after pics. I'd like to see how the Tacoma recievers mount up.

Found the same hitch delivered for $43 dollars less at etrailer.com. Realtruck issued a price match certificate for $48 for my next purchase, now to find something to purchase. Bottom line could have purchased the Curt hitch and 4" drop for $151 delivered from etrailer.com. The hitch installed easy and uses the same bolts as the bumper brackets, plus two additional bolts included which also bolt to the frame. Bolts directly to the frame, I think the frame would bend before the hitch. The hitch sets back even with the inside back edge of the bumper and below it about a half an inch. The receiver attach point on the hitch extends to about an half inch behind the rear edge of the bumper. Tucks up nicely!
If I get a chance I will post some after pictures.
Regards Ron
