I have developed an oil leak on my Sportage and after investigation it looks as if the leak is comming from the cam seals.
I am about due to change the timing belt and I happen to have a pair of cam seals.
Has any one replaced their cam seals, and can I pull and replace the seals without loosening the cam end cap? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Which seals? Front or rear?

The front seals. They are one piece seals but the service manual only talks about changing them as part of the re-build of the head when you have the bearing caps already removed.
