A buddy of mine is in the middle of a head gasket replacement on his 96' 3.4L. I have searched the forum for information, but no dice. Anyone have any links or hints particulary for reassemble and timing of the cams.
thanks...

Look in the sticky post at the top of this forum for a list of online maintenance manuals. The late model manual for any of the 3.4 trucks will work for the reassembly of the engine; all the 3.4 engines are the same. In fact, try this one......... http://www.deserted1.com/FSM/
