Just wondering if anyone had pics of their build. I have done most of the work...but need Ideas for a rear side window. I was at PnP yesterday and was seriously thinking of a ford ranger extended cab side window...more of how and what did you do to get the side window to come together with the inside of the cab inner interior.
here are a few pics...and it's been some time sense I have posted. My toy has come a long way. Dual cases, welded rear, lockrite front, Dovetailed front and rear along with the double bobbed for the extended cab. H1 Rims re-centered.
Thanks to my little Brother for his work in body work and Priming the truck...I even learned a few things....I want to paint her yellow after the window and interior is complete.

I managed to do this while installing a new gasket...after doing some rust repair on the corners above the A pillar

I read his article and that of his 2wd xcab. I did mine way different then his 4x4. My cab is one complete unit. I can remove the bed separately. Sense, it's a Rock crawler doesn't see streets anymore...I am going to close up the sides....and maybe go back and put a fake sticker/window. I would of liked to put a window in. But the wife is already on me about spending to much time with my truck and not enough with her.lol

Thought about just using plexi-glass?

Should pick some up pretty cheap at a art supply store or something.
