Used it on all my vehicles, V6 and 4cy. Honestly, it diddnt do anything for me. Just blew a bunch of smoke.
Unhook the PCV line and SLOWLY suck it in while the engine is running at 2000 or so RPM's.

They are a line of products; this one in particular is for de-carboning linky They also have an antigel additive for diesels.

They also make a aerosol can of the decarb stuff. I use it in my 2 stroke boat motor for winterizing. Remove spark plug, spray some in each cylinder, turn motor over a few times by hand, spray a bunch more in each cylinder, and replace plugs. Lubes the cylinders up and prevents corrosion.
Next season I'm going to give it a good healthy dose of decarb using seafoam. Supposedly its pretty important to decarb 2 stroke marine engines since they get carbon build up very easily.

That is how I used it on my 22RE a few years back. I found that the line was smaller and easier to control the fluid flow rate. Also a nice long hose and it connects up at the throttle body, so gets the cleaner onto all the intake.

So is this stuff truly magical or will it eat valve seals and fuel lines like 90% of the additives out there??

Didn't do anything for me really either. It works at least as well as STP gas treatment.
It's basically a modern day snake oil with a huge following.
