Need a Spot

I have a 2002 soft top sportage. I just bought it in June and now that snow is here I realized that the 4 wheel drive isn't working. We replaced the lines and it will now work sometimes, but we were thinking of switching to the system you are talking of. Will it work on my Kia? Is there any difference in the shorter 2door?
