The sohc Kia has diferent gears, diffs and they are not so strong. If you put DOHC you will have problems specialy if you want to use it for off road. be carefull Cheers Re: SOHC head .... My boy thinks that the Mazda B2000, and the Mazda 626 with the 8 valve 2.0 are the same head. He is not sure so if you can find one compair his with it first before he puts any money down.
