Getting the Wheeling Fever
Just wondering if anyone has ever bought from VIB Motorcars in Richmond, and if so, how was the overall experience?

Thx,
BH

Ask jfarsang. He was a witness to their backlot rebuilding center where they disguise auction grade "2" trucks to look like "4"s, just like every other used car dealer out there. Based on what I've heard and seen, I'd give them a pass.

I am now officially a Pajero owner. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />.

I thought I was dealt with quite fairly ( they even threw in 4 brand new 31.5 tires after the sale, even though I was back in Ontario by then) and were quite helpful with a letter to help me get my Pajero registered in Ontario without first having to get registered in BC. I'd give them an A.

I bought my pajero from VIB in burnaby. It's in mint condition and I haven't had any problems. The truck runs and looks excellent. Having said all that....I looked for ages and waited for the right one. Phil had a good look at my paj when he was here in BC, and after a chat with him he seemed to think that it was pretty good.

Everyone has different perceptions and dealings with car/truck dealers.

Some good, some average, some bad.

Personally, I didn't get that 'good' vibe when dealing with them.

That is not to say their vehicles are all poorly rated or grade 1-2 and 're-done'.

My first Pajero I looked at and was almost ready to buy was at their Richmond location.

Personal preference.

But opinions are good as well. It's good to know there's quite a few people shopping around and giving the +'s and -'s of each dealership.

Body Damage is Cool
the company I bought my pajero from gets such mint vehicles its crazy, he is a small business out of his house (trekker imports). there were 6 imported cars there when I picked up my pajero and they were all in LIKE NEW condition I couldn't believe it. he said he only gets one owner vehicles that are super low mileage.
