Both of my power windows have been slow of late. I ordered the outside weather strips since on the drivers side the 2 center clips had broken and when the window closed the weather strip rose with the window about a half inch. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" /> I also ordered the inside rubber track that fits in the window channel for both doors. Toyota calls it a Window Run. Anyway my son and I had some time to kill this afternoon so we replaced them. The windows are soooooo much faster now that the window runs have been replaced. If you ever replace yours hit the ends with some WD40 and that will help as you push it in the track down inside the door.
