I think I need to get new front springs for my '81 4x4. I noticed today that they are a little bent where the last leaf ends and it's just the one layer back to the shackle. Anybody have any suggestions about improvements? Or, should I just go with stock replacements. I'm not really interested in raising the truck up much higher. As I understand it I would have to get a different steering arm arrangement if I went higher. Ideas??

buy a small lift kit 3-4" 31"-32" tires should still look good and performe better. replace all springs, no blocks. any good kit will come with every thing you need including drop arm. early toys are verry simple to install <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
