I have a 2004 TJ and i just put new 33/12.50/15's on and had them balanced and i guess i got a front end alignment but not sure if it happened. When i go between 30mph and 40mph it really shakes violently. I have 3 inch coil spacers, but have not replaced the stock steering stabilizer and everything else is stock. What should i start to look at first any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance.

We definitely need some more information.
First, did you get the new tires, balance, and front end alignment at the same time and from the same place?
Second, was the wobble occuring before you got that work done?
If the answer to the first question is "yes", and the answer to the second question is "no", then the answer is simple -- take it back to where you paid to get the work done, describe the symptoms (take them for a ride if you have to), and tell them to fix it.

I had the DW sometimes even before the new tires. I did have them balanced and alignment done at the same place. I just want to go 35mph without feeling like I'm going to die. Any help will send me in the right direction to correct this issue.

If you occasionally had the wobble before the new tires, and if the new tires are larger than the previous tires, it is likely that you have a worn or loose steering component causing the wobble and the larger tires are accentuating the problem.
Get under the front end and inspect all of the steering components for wear. Jack the front wheels up off the ground, and try moving the wheels front-to-back and top-to-bottom, checking for worn bearings in the steering knuckles. Put the wheels back on the ground. While you are under the front end, have a buddy move the steering wheel back and forth (just taking up the slack each way). While he's doing that, you look at the steering components to see what is causing the looseness.
Lastly, in order to eliminate the possibiity of a bad tire balance job, swap the front and rear tires, and then test drive it to see if the problem increases, decreases, or stays the same.

tighten the bolt on the trackbar, that seems to cause a lot of vibration problems

You could have bad u-joints in the wheels or most likely in the drive shaft ... I just changed my u-joint in the front one which was giving me the same problem at about the same speed as yours... check all your u-joints quick
Think they'll have That on the Tour

Take it to a reputable facility that does front end work and have them thouroughly check the jeep over.
Oh, If you put a 3" lift on it & did'nt put a drop pitman arm or adjust the lca / uca or have an alignment done after the tires went on that could aid in this issue.
