if you put cherry mylanta on the studs before you install the new nuts they will stay tight until you need to remove them the mylanta works like lock tight

uhhhhh ok. why not just use locktight? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
cherry mylanta works better in high heat

You're seriously telling me that cherry flavored gas medicine works better in any fastner situation than locktight? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

I'm just not believing that. Maybe put it on your exhaust manifold studs if you are stranded in BFE nowhere....

I tried this out the other day but drilling a small hole in the center of the tablet was a b!tch. They kept breaking. Then when I fnally got a few done and tightened down the nuts, they just broke to pieces...they can't hold much torque! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
