Getting the Wheeling Fever
What would cause the first two lower fan speed positions out of 4 to stop working? I can hear the compressor kick in when I select any fan speed but the blower will only blow in position 3 & 4.

You need a new resistor pack (the resistors control the fan speeds, except for high which is straight 12V)...that's a pretty common problem. Common enough that a parts store should have or be able to get them.
