I am just following through on my promise to them by spreading the good word.
On March 2, I bought several exhaust parts from them simply because of their low prices. I have yet to get my parts in the mail. I tried emailing them twice and calling them ten times, with no answer, I contacted PayPal to file a dispute. I finally got a reply back from them with a 'sorry we'll get that right out' Nothing more, nothing less.
This post is not a pity party request I just don't want anyone else to get burned by them. It could have been a simple mistake but It took a PayPal dispute for them to acknowledge the "mistake". BTW They also sell a lot of stuff on eBay.

"Hello, I am emailing you in regards to my order 4741. This is my second email attempt to contact you. You failed to respond to my first email. I have also eleven documented attempts to contact you by phone. Also with no response. Ten of those calls were during your normal business hours. It has been sixteen days since I placed my order and have only received an automated conformation email. However, that email did not include any shipping information such as a UPS Tracking number.
At this time I feel I have been more than patient with you and it is now time to move to the next level of communication. I want a tracking number emailed to me by the end of your business day on March 19th 2008 (I would hope it is one that shows my order shipped several days ago), or I want my parts at my front door by the end of your business day on March 21st. 2008. (In which I still want a tracking number emailed to me by March 19th 2008). I also want my shipping fees reimbursed to me through PayPal.
If one of these options are not possible I will file with PayPal to dispute my payment to you. But on top of that, I will contact your parts suppliers about this as well as I will spread the word via the Internet about your poor service. I am a member to over half a dozen message boards on the Internet (one, which your company was recommended to me by). I do not typically get irate about things like this but I am very disappointed about the service you are providing. I Ordered from you because your prices were unbeatable. Your service is beginning to reflect why they are that way.

Still no response. I filed a dispute through PayPal on the 19th of March, just like I promised them.
From here on out, all communication goes through PayPal.

Finally they responded:

Once I got this email, I also received one from UPS. So I checked on the tracking number that they provided. "estimated delivery date, 03/25/08"

It is ridiculous that you are merely "sorry for the delay" That is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced on the Internet. If I were in your shoes I would be over-nighting those parts and begging my customer for their forgiveness. Remember, without customers you wouldn't have a company! I still expect you to refund my shipping charges since you have taken eighteen days to ship my order and I have to wait another five days before I even get it."
I have not received a response from them yet, nor do I expect to hear from them.
