Hello all,
I was out 4 wheeling today and everything was fine. When I got back to the paved road, I moved the transfer case lever back to 4H, or tried to. I got into neutral and it's now stuck there. I can feel the clutch engage in any of the gears, but no drive... I had to get towed home. After I got home I got underneath and looked around. Both drive shafts are locked together (if I turn one the other turns also) -(so is the xfer case REALLY in neutral). I cannot move the xfer case shift lever no matter what I do. The trans will not/is not engaging for drive power. Any ideas?

You just have to remove the t-case shifter handle, realign the rods with a large screwdriver and then replace your shifter sheet. It is a common problem. Remember, these things are 20 years old. They wear... http://www.izook.com/reviews/tcasefix/tcasefix.htmA new shifter sheet can be purchased from most of the Zook vendors. Zuks offroad also has them in brass - a part that you will probably never wear out again.
