had a similar problem and it turned out to be that funky two piece drive shaft causing my from end to vibrate because it was so screwed up.

I feel it very slight in the steering wheel but more in the seat. It doesn't change if I let off or put on the gas. One other thing I noticed is if I turn a sharp right turn going slow I hear a click click click sound but the bearings have no up and down play? The transfer case should not be engaged and if I do it shows the green 4x4 light. Thanks for the help everyone.

OK I'm starting to think it's the drive line vibrating. I e-mailed the guy I bought the truck from and he said is started vibrating when he had the 4" lift and 33" tires installed. They told him it's normal for the 33" tires to cause that vibration but I have done plenty of 33" even 35" tires on small trucks at my work and most of them don't vibrate from the tires. So I think it's the driveline how can I figure this out? I'm pretty sure he had Les Schwab do the kit and I'm sure they didn't do anything with the driveline to correct the angle.
