On the bill the dealer claims to have replaced the Cooling bypass or Cooling crossover hose. Where is this hose located as we can not see a new hose anywhere under the hood. The dealer also is trying to charge for several other things my brother did not authorize. Thank you Re: Cooling bypass hose?
