I put in ball joint spacers so its 1.5 inches higher and Im running stock lift bilsteins. USA 4Crawler Web Wheeler I thinks folks use either some washers or an extra shock bushing to do that: - http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/minutemods/ifs/ Or I could probably work up a spacer for that if you provided the height and pin hole diameter.
