Hello. Does anyone know how you would go about adjusting the window latch on a 1st Gen Trooper wing window? Right now, I have a nickel between the latch and post to keep it tight when closed, as there is that much slop in the latch. Also how do you adjust the wing window tension so that it stays open when going down the road?
Thanks.

New rubber seal wing vent is what you need. St Charles Isuzu shipped them to me, replaced the seals on both of my Troopers.
Spring loaded tensioned stud on the bottom of the frame holds the wing vent in position.

About how much did they cost you, and how hard were they to install?

I don't remember the cost, seemed cheap at the time. Pretty easy job, remove inside door panel. Roll the window down. Pull back the door molding at top of the door. Remove screws circled in green.

I replaced the door seals at the same time, no more whistling the either
