I got to push my clutch in for the first time yesterday and man did it feel good. I'm feeling it today though. It feels like I went 10 rounds with Mike Tyson throwing nothing but body shots at me! Amazing when they cut your entire ab muscles and how much you actually work them out driving a really short distance. Still can't lift anything much heavier than my computer key board. Had my first soda yesterday and it was like liquid gold, man it tasted good after drinking nothing but water and poweraide over the last month. Already planning my next trip (Colorado) as long as I can take the jarring I'm there in August, high gas prices or not.
Down to 182 lbs as well from 217, what a way to lose weight.
Thanks for all the kind words.

Thanks man, good days and bad days, still a few hurdles to go over. I went out today to cut my grass so I wouldn't have to watch my old lady do it..................BAD MISTAKE! I'm going to fill this one for at least a few days.

I'm back to work, it's discomforting but tolerable. Probably running at about 30% right now. If I had stayed home another day I would of had a major pysch bill to add to all the rest. Man I can't stand sitting at home doing nothing. O'and I can cut about half my grass before it starts kicking my butt.
PS: Man this board has been quiet lately

I hear ya on staying home, daytime TV is pretty worthless that's for sure.

Paddler, glad to hear you're going to be alright, hang in there. What is it... Slow but sure wins the race? I hope you make your planned run to Colorado and are sticking with what you enjoy.

Man, you must of went down a few floors in the basement to dig in the archives. Thanks for the thought, but this happened nearly a year ago dude.
