I recall a thread on this here a few years back. Can anyone please help me with a link to the cap that worked properly with the Tacoma? If I remember correctly some don't work well because of some vacuum issue -- or something??

Get a Stant - available online or at most auto parts stores.
I've seen reports of people getting Stants that didn't seal properly, but that's never happened to me (5 Stants in the last 20 years).
Of _course_ I know the difference... I don't want you to kiss a hole in the ground.

X2 on the Stant. No sealing issues. Just make sure it clicks a couple times when you tighten. The only issue I have with mine is that the lock cylinder comes out with the key sometimes. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" /> First time was a panic. Just slipped it back in and it was ok. I learned how to unlock it gently without the cylinder popping out.
