The clutch job is like any other vehicle. You'll need to jack it up, drain fluids, remove the driveshafts, trans-cross member, shifters, wiring connectors, drop the trans; pull the clutch assembly off the flywheel, pull the flywheel and have it turned, then reassemble with necessary new parts. Could take a weekend, could take a day depending on preparation and lift/tools. A shop would probably ding you about $1500. You can do it yourself for about $200.

The electrical issue may not be as easy.

I had to get my 95 clutch done a few years back when I was up to my eyeballs in the 87. I had not time to deal with it so I had the stealer do. The also put in a new flywheel and the total was $1300 and change. The flywheel itself was something short of $400.

Hey Blackmage,

Dont give up on it. If you can limp it down into the springs area you are more than welcome to bring it over and we can take a look at it. I'm sure we can knock out your clutch work pretty quick and we can try to straighten out the wiring problems. Shoot me a pm if your interested.

If your set on selling it, then I might know someone who is looking for one to. Do you have any pics of it?

Do you think the average stormtrooper knows how to install a toilet main? All they know is killing and white uniforms.
