Well, I'm getting ready to go camping and I was wondering if anyone has had their t-case go bad. I'm trying to figure how long I can go till I need to replace it. There is kind of a constant vibration at higher speeds and at low speeds a metallic clicking sound (random). There is also a lot of play where the driveshaft enters the t-case. (not the universals) The gear lube looks good. Thanks for the thoughts! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

A lot of play were the yoke enters the t-case may be caused by the yoke and have nothing to do with the t-case. A sloppy yoke can also cause vibration and strange noises. I'd check that first before jumping into a t-case rebuild.
