Roll Me Over
I haven't read the thread.

I hate HOA's.

Having said that, good friend and his wife live in a neighbrohood where one person thought BRIGHT yellow with Lime Green (and I think pink) trim was a great color for a house. His Mom (rip his dad, who died on father's day. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/patriot.gif" alt="" />) lives on a road with a [color:"blue"] BRIGHT BLUE [/color] house with baby blue trim gathers attention as you drive by. Both are hideous. And while I respect their rights to do what they will with their houses, even I have limits.

Supposedly, my neighborhood has an architectural committee that must approve colors. I've never signed a darned thing, though, so the chances of them enforcing are slim. I'd never do anything to hurt my property value, though, so I think they're fine.

I lost a couple hours of my life reading through that last night, but it was entertaining.

Thread was locked because a judge put an internet gag order in place. I haven't heard anything about the result from the whole thing yet though.

Also not sure if the boot's been removed yet.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
Boot was removed fairly early on, Booter was allowed access to car while in the garage in front of police witness.

Ahh yes. I recall that now that you mention it. Such a long thread it was hard to remember the 'minor' details.
