Is there any way to bleed hydraulic system for the clutch on a 94 wrangler?

Could you be a little more explicit with your question?
The subject line says one thing while the content points to a different issue.
Based on the subject line, I would offer that you have a throw-out bearing issue. (BTDT with my 94 YJ resulting in a new throw-out bearing and clutch).
If you want to "bleed" the hydraulic line ---- it is a fill the container and pump the clutch and check level and fill as needed.
It does not require bleeding as do brake systems.
